Robin Verracas from Oostkamp, Belgium is the most eerily spot-on celebrity look-alike we've seen. But looking like Bieber's twin can have its drawbacks. Robin has been accused by Bieber fans of posing as the pop star in the recent scandalous weed smoking photos that have tarnished the teen's image (accusations he denies).
"The guy on that weed picture ISN'T me!! I SWEAR! @justinbieber please tell them the truth," Verrecas recently tweeted
