It was the big rumor last year that Taco Bell was supposed to release the follow up to the hugely succesful Doritos Locos Taco with a Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Taco...we heard August 2012 was supposed to be the launch. 

Then, nothing happened....the talk of the Cool Ranch taco vansihed...
